I think the school challenges my son and is making him stretch and grow before he gets to high school to prepare him for college. I like the tutoring that is being offered and the accessibility of the staff and administration.

I would like to re-enroll my son in CMIT again because I really like the school and the standards and goals they set for the students.

So far we have been pleased with the academic rigor of the program. We are interested in seeing Jalen continue to be challenged and developed as an academic scholar and believe that that can be accomplished at CMIT.

Although the first two quartesemester has been challenging, it has also been good. The teachers are very supportive and I am especially pleased with the principal’s personal interest in the success of my child. I feel that there is a true partnership between the school and home. We are focused to successfully continue this school View Full →

Project Lead The Way is a project-based class that encourages students to explore engineering from the vantage point of being an engineer. Recently the POE class was given the challenge of designing and building bridges out of balsa wood. We then used weights to test their weight capacity. I am very proud of all of the students but a special shout-out goes to the winning team of Derrick Mackall-Griffin and Noah Oyelade! The pictures above are the before and after pictures of their bridges. Can you guess which one was the winning design that held over 10 lbs?

I am looking forward to the great things these young engineers will do in the future. Please enjoy these videos of two of the bridge tests.
